1. New Delhi: This sounds pretty strange, but capital of the country itself is the home of crime. According to the National Crime Bureau, in recent years, crime rate in the NCR has increased up to 22% and in last year the stats are shocking that include 350 murders, 1250 road accidents, 175 rape cases, 500 robberies and 100 kidnappings. Apart from that, the national capital is always been the favorite spot of various Islamic terrorist groups.

2. Noida: Not much far away from New Delhi, the fastest emerging and developing city of India is also been the city of crime where people are not safe enough. Like Delhi, Noida despite being an international city, law and order in the city is not up to the international standards.
